COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Dong Do Co. Ltd. ML4P2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Dynapar products, including obsoleted and phased-out Duravalve-Inc. parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Dover-Instrument product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Dynapar such as the H725060000241 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DSR5 manufactured by Duravalve-Inc. and we are pleased to be able to service most Duravalve-Inc. systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PWAC2 by Manufacturer Dover-Instrument as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Duff-Norton Brand SPA6420 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Dungs such as VDK equipment made by Dungs have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dungs products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dungs" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available H220500100235 made by Dynapar as well as the popular M9010 original spares produced by Duff-norton Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 7L10A03500 by Dynamics-Research and VDK spares by Dungs are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HR6250010000F Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Dynapar. |
